Over Thanksgiving break, I visited Beijing, China and had the chance to work at a local foster home for my senior service project.
When I wasn't working, I was able to visit many historical sites and take pictures of what I saw. I photographed everything from
the Great Wall of China to the Forbidden City, as well as the Hutongs (Chinese alleys). I tried to capture the old culture of the
city so that others could see how strong its presence is, even in a country that is changing so rapidly. K.C.
